Mary Ann Dilts

Mary Ann Dilts, age 71, of Chandler, AZ, went peacefully in her sleep to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on June 7th, 2022. She passed away due to complications related to her 5 1/2 year valiant battle with ALS.

Mary was born in Niles, MI on December 17th, 1950 to Jack and Gloria Parker. She graduated from Brandywine High School. On August 23rd, 1969, she married the love of her life, Woody Dilts. They were married at Fulkerson Park Baptist Church in Niles, MI.

She was a godly woman who loved Jesus with all her heart and loved studying God's Word. Most recently, Mary read passages about heaven and the Book of Psalms. She was a humble and gentle person who had a servant's heart right up to the very end. Mary set a godly example for her family, friends, and community.

She was adventurous and loved exploring and experiencing new things in life. After being diagnosed with ALS in November of 2016, Mary joined the ALS Association Arizona Chapter and continued her adventures with them.

Mary is survived by her loving husband Woody; son Nathan(Robyn); daughter Mandi(Eric); grandchildren: Ethan, Trevor, Jadyn, Taya, Kayla and Kyler; brothers Steve(Karen), Jerry, and Mark; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Mary's life will be celebrated at Family Bible Church, 4200 S. McQueen Rd., Chandler, AZ 85249, on Wednesday, June 15th, 2022 at 10:00am. In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer donations made in her name to the ALS Association Arizona Chapter (ALSAZ.ORG)
