Pat thrived on helping others, always finding purpose in listening to others’ stories, and trying to make things easier or brighter through encouraging words and prayers. As a pastor’s wife, her focus was to help. This was evident by her involvement in foster care, working with children with disabilities, counseling others, and teaching. Sharing her love for Jesus was her joy.
With a passion for painting, she expressed her creativity through creating landscapes, portraits, and still-life botanicals, often gifting her artwork to friends and family. She also taught us all the value of learning to DIY around the house by tackling complex challenges with creative solutions. A lifelong learner, Pat loved reading and seeking out new skills and knowledge, always curious and eager to grow.
