November 20, 1977 – March 11, 2022
Patrick was born in Denver, Colorado, on November 20, 1977, and was 44 years old at the time of his death. He was the youngest of three children to Thomas and Diane Denny.
Patrick loved Colorado. He graduated from Longmont High School in 1996 and attained a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communications from Colorado State University.
He had a love for tennis and baseball and had the opportunity to go to Wimbledon and a World Series. In 2006 he moved to Chandler, AZ, where he lived at the time of his death.
One of Patrick’s greatest accomplishments, and one that he was most proud of, was attaining the rank of Eagle Scout at the age of 15. His Eagle Scout project was making wooden birdhouses to hang outside the windows of nursing home residents. He had a gift for making people smile.
Some of Patrick’s hobbies were creating web pages for family members, walking his dogs Bud and Bailey (who loved him very much), playing tennis and traveling.
Patrick is survived by his mother, Diane Denny, his sisters, Michelle Nichols (Brian Nichols) and Kristi Salinas (Jaime Salinas), nephew Jacob Salinas, and cousins, Bill Fowle and Beth Fowle. He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas E. Denny.
Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared at www.valleyofthesunfuneralhome.com for the Denny family.
