Robert Lynn Henry

surrounded by his family. Robert (Bob) was born on October 15, 1950 to Joseph and Mary Lou

(Hines) Henry in Greeley, CO.

He graduated from Salida High School (Colorado) in 1968 and continued his education at

Western Colorado University, studying Business and Accounting. Bob had a very successful

career in the construction industry and most recently worked as a Territory Sales Manager for

Orepac Building Products until he retired in 2018.

Bob was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Mary Lou Henry and his first wife, Nancy

Lee (Stengel) Henry whom he was married to for 30 years.

Bob married Darla Mae (Pulley) in 2015 and they remained together until his death.

Bob loved the Lord and because of that he lived life to the fullest. He was active in team sports,

including basketball, hockey, and softball. He was never idle and loved to take part in any type

of physical or outdoor activity. He could fix or build just about anything and built several homes

during his life, including a log home for his parents in Colorado. He enjoyed spending time on

the farm in Colorado along with camping, hiking, salmon fishing, snow skiing and loved his cabin

near Flagstaff, AZ which he called his “happy place.” He was a giving and selfless person who

always put others ahead of himself and had a way of making anyone he came in contact with

feel special and like family with his warm smile and amazing hugs.

He was a loving husband and an amazing father and “Papa” to his children and grandchildren,

and he will be dearly missed.

Bob is survived by his wife Darla, his daughter Lori, two sons, Michael and Jason, four

grandchildren, Kaylin, Kile, Connor, and Hannah, two great grandchildren, Adalee and Kinsley

his brothers William, Donald, Brian, and Michael, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and

countless friends.

A celebration of his life will be held on Friday, January 17th at 11:00am at:
