William Henry Carroll

William H. Carroll, of Chandler, AZ, went to be with our Lord on August 11, 2015. He was born September 24, 1931 in Chicago, Illinois, son of the late Joseph F. and Eva (Hedberg) Carroll. He attended St. George Catholic High School and was a graduate of the University of Arizona. He assisted in the operation of the family business; Edgewater Auto Parts, on the north side of Chicago. In the late 60's he packed up the Chicago business to join his brother Joe in Arizona. In Arizona he assisted Joe in the operation of Advance Auto Supply and Tri-City Automotive Warehouse. Upon leaving the parts business he and his son, Bill, opened up B&B Automotive Machine. He was an integral part of the business until just a few weeks ago when his illness overcame him. He was dedicated to our Lord, his family and his work. He will be greatly missed and forever in our hearts. He is survived by his wife Carol, his children, Susan Thomas (Lenny), Gale Gable, Donna Walters and Bill (Lori), step daughters Pam Evans (Vic) and Tanya Thude. Also, 17 grandchildren: Rachel (Ethan), Denise (Marco), Christopher, Ryan (Courtney), Matthew (Hannah), Michelle, Timothy (Mari), Kenneth (Alexandra), Clay, Craig, Clarissa, Jacob, Britni, Alana, Stephanie, Erin and Kyle. As well as two great granddaughters, Evie and Emmie.

He is preceded in death by his parents, first wife Diane and his brother Joseph F. Carroll, Jr.
