Yvonne was born and raised in Pico Rivera, California, and later made her home in Chandler, Arizona, after moving there in 1973. She shared 30 years in a loving common-law marriage with Alfredo Trevino.
Yvonne was a devoted mother to her four children, Eddie, Helen, Rosita, and Ernest, who were the center of her world. She had a passion for cooking and baking, especially for large gatherings, where she brought people together through her food and generosity. One of her proudest accomplishments was working as a chef at an alcohol rehabilitation center, where she used her talents to care for and support others.
She was a loyal fan of the Arizona Cardinals and the Arizona Diamondbacks, and she loved spending time outdoors, especially hosting barbecues surrounded by family and friends. Yvonne will be remembered for her laughter, her warmth, and the love she shared so freely.
She will be deeply missed by her loving husband, loving children, family, and all who knew her.
