
CHAPIN – Funeral services for Annie Julia Fulmer Lindler Wessinger, 99, will be held at 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 14, 2015 at St. Jacobs Lutheran Church with interment in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, October 13, 2015 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Chapin Chapel. Memorials may be made to the Up and Going of St. Jacobs Lutheran Church and the Eastern Star# 276 in Little Mountain.
Mrs. Wessinger was born August 25, 1916 in Lexington, SC and passed away Monday, October 12, 2015. She was the daughter of the late, Lemuel Fulmer and Rhoda Shealy Fulmer. She was a member of St. Jacobs Lutheran Church, Lutheran Women and Up and Going of St. Jacobs. Annie Julia was a Charter member of LM Eastern Star #276, She was an accomplished Seamstress, loved fishing, embroidering, and crocheting. She was a wonderful cook, loved to play cards and chicken foot(dominos).
She is survived by her sons, Carroll Lindler (Onieta), M. Oneal Lindler (Helen L.), Claude M. Lindler (Joanne); daughters Margaret Di Pietro (Rudy) and Harriett L. Riddle (Thomas); 13 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, 8 great-great- grandchildren and her sister Gladys Amick. She is preceded in death by her first husband, Murray Lindler and her second husband Lawrence Wessinger; brothers, Grady, George, Hubert and Julius Fulmer and sister Katie Bell Seay.
