Ruby McCartha Bickley Vincent, 93, was born in Chapin, SC on January 11, 1930 and passed away on Thursday, January 26, 2023. She was the first-born child of the late Lillie Bell Meetze and Robert Hugh McCartha.
Ms. Vincent is survived by her son, Glenn Bickley (Bonnie) of Little Mountain; daughter, Carolyn B. Frick and son, Derrell Bickley of Chapin; daughter, Pamela B. Bagnal (David) of Lilburn, GA; grandchildren, Tammy Harrison (Philip), Allison Staples (Clay), Bridget Jackson (Aaron), Peyton Frick (Hilary), Traci Lindler (Clint), Hannah Alexander (Matt); nine great grandchildren; brother, Jennings McCartha (Betty); sisters, Louise Stuart and Clara Bickley; also many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by the father of her children, Carol R. Bickley; sister, Nita Eargle and brothers, John and Douglas McCartha.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00 pm on Sunday, January 29, 2023 at Bethel Lutheran Church with interment to follow in the church cemetery. Family will receive friends from 2:00 – 3:00 pm in the Fellowship Hall prior to the service.
