Alan Lemkin

A CPA for over 50 years (Alan Lemkin, CPA), with clients who loved him dearly, he was a 32nd degree Mason and a Rotarian, and held many offices in various charitable organizations in the New Haven area. Mr. Lemkin was a U.S. Army veteran, having served in the Korean War.

Alan is survived by his wife, Gail Brooks-Lemkin; son, Peter Lemkin (Nanette), of Johnson City, TN; daughters, Betsy Lemkin, of Branford, CT and Alisa Lemkin Knickerbocker, of Florida; six grandchildren; stepsons, Marc and Scott Brooks; three step-grandchildren; and brother, Edward Lemkin (Rhoda), of Woodbridge, CT.

A graveside service will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday, February 11 at the Hebrew Cemetery with Rabbi Michael Shields officiating.
