Mrs. Alice H. Jordan, 89, of Monroe, formerly of Charlotte passed away peacefully, Wednesday, March 2, 2011 at her residence.
She was born December 1, 1921 in Jefferson, South Carolina the daughter of the late Dorch R. Horton and Bessie Irene Horton. She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 53 years, C. LeGett Jordan.
Surviving are her daughter, Sally Jordan of Monroe, and many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held at 3:00 PM Monday, March 7, 2011 at Sharon Memorial Park, 5400 Monroe Rd, Charlotte, NC 28212.
