Andrew Isaiah Bass

Andrew Isaiah Bass was born Friday, February 20, 2026 in Charlotte, NC to Kevin and Jessica Bass. For the two weeks after his birth, Andrew lived each moment with strength and bravery, blessing his parents, big brother, John, and all those who met him with his sweet presence and warmth. His light shown brightly in the NICU and in the hearts of many who were surrounding him with love and prayer. Andrew passed into the presence of Jesus on Thursday, March 5, 2026.

Andrew will always be remembered for his strong yet gentle spirit. During his life, he brought many people together who loved and cared for him, bringing out the best in them as they supported him each day of his life. He brought such joy to his family while he was here on earth, and they look forward to the day they are reunited with Andrew.

Andrew’s parents would like to thank the staff of Levine Children’s Hospital for their warm and skilled care for their son. They would also like to thank their family, friends, and church family for their abundant love and prayer support for their family and for Andrew.

Andrew is survived by his parents, Kevin and Jessica Bass, and his brother, John Graham Bass.

A celebration of his life will be held at St. Giles Evangelical Presbyterian Church, 2027 Emerywood Dr, Charlotte, NC 28210 on Saturday, March 14, 2026 at 3:00 pm.
