Anita was the daughter of Henrietta Suits Lippard and Vance Boyd Lippard Sr. Anita was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. Born in Charlotte, NC, Anita was a graduate of Harding High School. Anita was a skilled photographer.
Anita is survived by her best friend and soulmate, Johnny Charles Brown; brothers, Vance Lippard Jr. and John Lippard (Jane); aunt and uncle, Marie and Robert Sexton; and aunt, Clara Sexton. Anita is also survived by 28 of 29 first cousins.
In addition to her parents, Anita was predeceased by a brother, Angus Lippard.
Friends are cordially invited to a visitation with the family beginning at 10:30am Friday, June 2, 2023 at Forest Lawn West Funeral Home, 4601 Freedom Drive in Charlotte.
The funeral service is to be conducted at 11:00am, immediately following the visitation, in the Paul Helton Chapel at the funeral home, where Pastor Tony Harper is to officiate.
The burial will follow at Forest Lawn West Cemetery.
