She was born in Alexis, NC on January 14, 1925. Anne was a member of Bethel Presbyterian Church in Cornelius, NC for many years.
She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She deeply loved her family and was deeply loved by them as well. She had a blessed and long life and for this blessing, her family is grateful.
She was preceded in death by the love of her life, her husband of 64 years, Homer Orren.
She is survived by daughters: Victoria Gaskill (Al) of Bolivia, NC, Debra Godfrey (Steve) of Fort Mill, SC and son, David Orren (Amrita) of Lexington, KY; grandchildren: Leslie Silvers, Holly Whitby, Laura Bakanic-Robinson, Elizabeth Bakanic and Grason Godfrey; great-grandchildren: William, Matthew, Parker, AJ, Paige, Anna,Trent, Eleonore and Victor.
A celebration of her life will be held at the Pineville Church of the Nazarene,Charlotte, NC on October 9, 2022 at 2:00 PM.
