A graduate of Trenton Central High School, she was employed with the Atrium Health System.
An avid animal lover, Barbara enjoyed watching Lifetime movies, Law and Order and Thrillers. She also enjoyed music, visiting the Columbus Flea Market in Jersey and spending time with her children.
Survivors include her children, Bridget Peeples, Miguel Maldonado and Erica Glover; sister, Ruthie Koch and Barbara's domestic partner, Donte Glover.
A gathering for Barbara will be held Monday, March 11, 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Forest Lawn West Funeral & Crem Srv, 4601 Freedom Drive, Charlotte, NC 28208.
