Bobbie Jean Walden

Bobbie is survived by daughters Angie Walden Santos, Kim Walden Kiker and husband Steve; one stepdaughter Rose Marie Walden; grandchildren; Steven Walden, Melanie Morris and husband Chip, Sara Santos Langley and husband Michael, Janie Santos, Kendall Kiker; great grandchildren; Kady Morris, Cole Morris, Chloe Walden, Baylee Walden; sister Ernestine Roberts; brother Danny Coker; sister Pam Coker Russ; brother Terry Coker. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her stepfather Jesse W. Coker, her loving husband of 50 years Mack Walden and one brother Ronald Coker. “Bob” was the bookkeeper and owner of various businesses throughout the years. She loved to travel with her sister Ernestine and her cousin Jeannie Owens. Bob loved her family, enjoyed being surrounded by them, was known as a cool grandma and will be missed by all.

The family will receive friends Friday, October 25, 2013 at 11:00a.m. at McEwen Funeral Service at Sharon Memorial Park, 5716 Monroe Road, Charlotte, NC 28212. A celebration of life will be held at 12:00p.m. following the receiving of friends also at McEwen.
