Carolyn is preceded in death by her father James Boyd Rushing. She is survived by her mother Ruby Taylor Rushing; sister Martha Ferrell; nephews Douglas Ferrell, Steve Ferrell; great nephews Chris Ferrell, Nick Ferrell and Austin Ferrell; great nieces Madeline Ferrell and Brooke Ferrell.
Visitation will take place on Monday, January 11, 2019 at McEwen Funeral Service, 5716 Monroe Road, Charlotte beginning at 9:00am. A Graveside Service will follow at Sharon Memorial Park at 10:00am.
Arrangements are under the care of McEwen Funeral Services at Sharon Memorial Park.
