Charlotte Lenear Miles

Charlotte was born on June 27, 1957 in Akron, Ohio to the late Leroy Miles and the late Louvenia (Gladney) Williams

Charlotte confessed Christ at an early age. She earned her high school diploma from East High School and she worked various roles throughout her lifetime. Charlotte found joy in her relationship with Christ, being a homemaker, spending time with her family, enjoying dancing, music and traveling. She relocated to Charlotte North Carolina in 2019.

Charlotte is proceeded in death by her father, Leroy Miles and mother, Louvenia (Gladney) Williams; along with her sister, Rose Miles

She leaves behind to cherish her memories her devoted children, Ghani M. Khalifa El (JoQuita), Danielle Vaene (Khak) and Dana Miles; her 7 grandchildren; her brothers, Gary Miles (Mary) of Virginia and Lydel Gladney of Akron; her sisters, Florida Block (Clifford), Diane Smith and Linda Miles of Akron; along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Extra special thank you to Clifford Wilson, Clifford Block, LaShon Wilson, and Tina Miles for looking after her in the early stages of her battle with Dementia.

Charlotte remained strong in her battle until she readily and consciously answered the call to go home.
