Mr. Rose, 86, of Charlotte, NC, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, October 26, 2016 after many years of struggle with Parkinson’s Disease. He was born in West Bromwich, England, to the late George and Mary Rose. He grew up in Torquay, England.
Mr. Rose was employed in the insurance industry for over 30 years, and retired from Royal Insurance.
Colin is survived by his wife Beverly; his son David and his wife Shannon; his step-son Jesse Rollins III and his wife Carol; and his brother Christopher. He is also survived by five grandchildren Phillip, Patrick, Peyton, Peter and Ethan.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, November 1, 2016 from 6:00-8:00pm at McEwen Pineville Chapel. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, November 2, 2016 at 1:00pm at St. Michael of the Archangel Anglican Church, 2211 Margaret Wallace Road, Matthews, NC 28105.
