And then some friends become FAMILY.  My Sister.  Thank you to her parents for creating this wonderful human being that shined her light on all that she encountered and to Kevin B. who introduced her to me through our love of Couture, The Arts,  Cuisine and Music

On this visit, all we did was laugh.  All week, all day, all night as if we had some secret joke that only we knew.  I will hold this memory until we meet again...to continue laughing at the joke!

Saraatje I’m so happy that you were one of my best friends, and you taught me a lot about life and growing into a woman. I still miss hearing your laugh, your encouragement, talking about Aldi and Target drops,  you sending me funny videos, etc. but I will always have you with me in life forever. Saraatje was the kindest individual. I'd known her since I first started working at NASCAR. We would often chat in the hallways and talk about our lives. She was always checking in on everyone and making sure we were doing all right. You could tell she truly cared for her friends and coworkers.  Rest in peace, Saraatje, you will be forever missed. 

I worked with her for the year I was at Nascar and every moment I spent with her was a good part of my day. I’ve had a terrible year but this is by far the worst news I’ve heard. The family has my condolences and I wish the best for them.

I did not know her well, but we crossed paths at NASCAR. She was kind and always greeted everyone with a smile. 🙏🏼💜

Saraatje had the biggest personality and biggest heart. She always took time to have a conversation and deeply cared about everyone.  I’ll miss her laugh and her spirit. Love you girl. ❤️

To the Naef Family, I send my condolences to those that loved her as a daughter, sister, mother, family member and friend. I really got to know Saraatje over the last few years as a co-worker and friend and feel blessed to have known her. She was always generous, helpful, and gracious sharing her thoughts and support. She took a personal interest in me as a colleague and friend and I appreciate her spirit and generosity. Additionally, I loved talking with her about her love of Converse sneakers and fashion (in particular, the special Target Designer Drops) The office is not the same without her, but I see her imprints around the building.  I am glad she got to travel to see her Father and other family in Europe a few weeks prior. Anyway,  just wanted to share what a special person she was in the simplicity of my day to day life. She is missed.

I worked with Saraatje closely for over five years and shared many laughs and long talks together.  She was a kind and caring person always giving me treats and gifts.  She was a dedicated and hard working person and we will miss her dearly at work.  I still can't believe she is gone.

I pray for peace and strength for her family in their time of great loss.
RIP Saraatje.  Gone but not forgotten.

 Saraatje was very close to me. She called and had me come and get a new exercise bike 3 weeks ago. She passed the next week. It was so good to see her one last time. She would give me stuff all the time. I was fortunate to have met her. I love her with all my heart. She would come to my parties and laugh so much. We had great times. Until I see you again.

To the Naef family, I pray for peace and comfort. Saraatje was always so giving and kind. I am in disbelief that she’s gone but her warmth, laugh and generosity will never be forgotten. 

I was devastated to learn of Saraatje's passing. She was such a sweet soul and she radiated her presence throughout our offices.  She always reached out to share a word of encouragement or to offer a treat to brighten my day.  She is sorely missed by her work colleagues.  May her memory be a blessing to her family and friends.

I really hate to hear that this happened. She was one of the sweetest people in my life. She was always supportive of me, she checked on me very often, and she offered me advice. I am really glad that I got to know her, but I am very sad to hear about her passing away. My condolences to her family, friends, and loved ones.

I met her only back in august and all I can say is she touched my life and heart so much. She was constantly giving me advice constantly giving me things she just gave me 7 pairs of
Brand new shoes because she knew I didn’t have any. We were supposed to have dinner a week ago… she was truly an angel and I am heartbroken!! Deepest love and condolences to her family
