It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved son and brother, Davor, who left us far too soon on June 4, 2025. His kind heart, infectious happiness, and unwavering spirit touched the lives of everyone who knew him.
Davor had a deep love for the outdoors. He found peace and joy in nature—whether he was fishing on a quiet lake, hiking through the woods, or canoeing along calm waters. He also loved cars and working on them, often spending hours with a wrench in hand and a smile on his face.
His appreciation for both nature and craftsmanship reflected the calm, thoughtful, and grounded person he was. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11:00a.m., Thursday, June 12, 2025 at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 1400 Suther Rd., Charlotte, NC 28213. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Thursday at the church. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery, 4426 Central Avenue, Charlotte, NC 28205.
