I am so sorry Dr Dean was an amazing boss and friend prayers to his family and staff .
He gave me my first office Job as a receptionist and now I've been doing it over 30 years  me and my son and Teresa where on the flyer he use to send out . Rest in PEACE

My deepest sympathy for the family and friends of Dean O'Hare. I just now learned of his passing. Dean and I grew up across the street from one another on Mohawk Road, in Mohegan Lake, NY. Dean and I were childhood best friends. We did everything together. Dean explained to me how babies are made. We used to shoot his bb gun.  We were on the high school gymnastics team together and we specialized on the pummel horse. Neither of us were very good at that but we enjoyed a wide variety of things. I remember when he bought a very small, old and unusual car. It was an MG-B. I miss my old friend and sorry that he is gone. May God bless everyone whom Dean cared about.

Easter 2023 - such an honor to celebrate the holiday. I will never forget your generosity and kindness.

Dean will forever be remembered for his beautiful soul.  He was kind, caring and compassionate, and always putting others before himself.    He made the world a better place by being in it and he will be deeply missed.  Heaven has gained an angel!  May God comfort his family during this difficult time and give them peace.

My condolences to the family and friends of Dr. Dean, I am honored to have been a part of his care network.  Forever cherished.    One of his favorite songs was “The yellow submarine.”  He is no longer in pain, “Hallelujah Anyhow.”

My heart breaks for your kids , my own selfishness wanted you to stay here with your kids and your family . God  said  Dr Dean I need you more than  ever! Come and get your reward, eternal life !

That is something that I will never forget in my entire life. Your smile and your friendship will be missed so much. I cannot explain or have the words to say how much I will miss you. You have been a dear friend to me, and I hope that I came through for you when you needed me whenever you needed anything I tried to be there. I hope and pray that you knew how much I love and care about you. I will never forget. I will never forget the hugs that we shared and just that smile it was contagious. The world will come up a little bit short and happiness because your smile is now in heaven with Jesus, but it won’t make me forget. I hope my son met you at the gate and maybe you’ll get to see my mom too. I’m sure you will. She’s probably already talked your head off, the Bible says if we ask God to forgive us, he’ll prepare a place in heaven for us!! As I leave this final note for you, my friend I hope that all your children and your family will continue to reach out if they need anything. It’s job as friends to look after everything if you can’t be there so I’m just putting myself there if you need anything, all the kids your sister and brothers whatever I’ll be there Miss Tina if you need anything you have my number. God bless all of you and I know you’re hurting but he is pain-free. He is never gonna hurt again !  I know it’s hard to smile when you’re missing, but he is in such a better place. I will miss you greatly but I will see you again and I can’t wait.

I met Dean back in 1995-96 when I began training in Balintawak eskrima.  He lead a Friday night class in Charlotte.  I really grew to love the art of stick fighting. Dean was an excellent instructor.  I was also  one of Dean's chiropractic patients. On many of occasions after a long work out,  Dean was always able to straighten out my neck and back problems. 
   Dean did have a very beautiful smile.  I will have to give a few  props to my husband Joe LoParo for being his dentist for several years. 
   I feel very blessed to have known Dean.  He was a great man.  I know his family and friends will miss him dearly.  I pray for you and hope all of your best memories of Dean will help you during your deepest sorrow.  
    Dean you are free now and have no pain.  Let god hold you in his arms as we will hold you in our hearts.

Dean was my beloved stepson and his passing is deeply felt by me and my three sons, FJ, Billy and Joe Spinelli. I treasure the memories of Dean spending weekends with us, working on the sailboat "Princess II," that his Dad and I owned and being a good sport about the vagaries of sailing. We had long chats during his years studying chiropractic. His enthusiasm was contagious and I was tremendously proud of Dean and his subsequent success in the field. Our deepest condolences to Dean's children and siblings Scott, Dean and Mary O'Hare.

Dean. I know you went through a lot of suffering but now you are at peace where there is no more pain or suffering. 
  You’ve been a great chiropractor for me and my family over the many years. You fixed my back and neck many times. I thank you for that. 
   I’m glad I got to be with you over the last year as we renovated your townhome. I got to know you even better as we shared some in depth discussions about the Lord, life and the afterlife. 
I was overjoyed that you received Bible scriptures in our talks. I want to thank you for the scriptures you would text to me. 
  So many times we would sign our texts with 
Love Ya Brother. Still love you as my brother. Love doesn’t stop when someone passes. That love as brothers continues forever as I know it does with us. Look forward to seeing you again.

I'd like to extend my sincerest condolences to Dean's family especially his youngest daughter Emily and son Ryan who have been close to our family. When I think of Dean, I recall his contagious smile, his joy for fine living and a deep love for his family and friends. 

He left us way too young but like many of the fine wines he enjoyed, he did not waste a drop celebrating life. Cheers.

Dean was one of my best friends throughout high school.  Sadly, my family moved out of the area but Dean and I kept in contact - often sending cassette tapes back and forth - and was able to reconnect with him a few times around 2018 when my son lived in Charlotte.

I will miss him dearly.

I am saddened to hear about Dean. He was a good man and was way to young. I met him while training in Balintawak. He and I tested for Instructor level together. I would ask many questions about his chiropractor business. I remember one time I had a knee problem and asked for some advice. He told me how I could fix it and he cgot me straight. I then ask how much do I owe you and said nothing. That was the kind of man he was. We lost a good one with Dean. Rest in Peace Dean we will see you the other side sir.

Dean, I’m saddened to learn of your passing. It was an honor to care for you and get to know you over the past several years. You were always smiling  and tried your best to spread positivity. I will miss seeing you. I wish we could’ve talked about the cello; I too played for >10 years. I find peace knowing your pain is finally resolved. Rest easy my friend.  Love, Jaime P

My sincere condolences to the family and those  whose lives were touched by Dr. O’Hare.   May God bless you and guide you through this difficult journey.  Having worked with Dean for a while, I found him to be kind, thoughtful, considerate of others and most  importantly, he demonstrated a strong sense of respect for people.  I recall a few conversations we had after he was diagnosed with cancer.  While I am sure he had many days of pain and suffering, his strength, courage and determination was evident.  With a great sense of wisdom and bravery, he  fought the hard battle.  Rest in peace, Dean.

Bestie!! I’m going to miss you!! 25 years as your employee, to becoming a friend, then becoming apart of your Family.  All of the countless days and some nights of being your Persomal Assistant/Care Giver til the end.  I have NO complaints nor regrets. You still made  sure that we had some laughable moments during your courageous fight. I have peace in knowing that YOU  found peace in God  weeks before your transition. Southern States Chiropractic will NEVER be the same without you!  We will keep your legacy going. 
Take your rest. You know I have NEVER said goodbye, but see you later.

We will truly miss you doc. You have been a great friend and boss for the last 25 years. You needed a translator and I couldn’t speak Spanish but you took in me anyway. I will miss when around 3 clock you would say how about some pizza or subway in the morning when you would get the staff breakfast. You always were so sweet and thoughtful. You treated me like family and I will forever be grateful.
