Mr. Derrick Lashon Barron

Derrick graduated from East High School in Cleveland, Ohio. He went on to become a Supervisor at Car Quest, specializing in the manufacturing of auto parts. Derrick was employed there for several years until he decided upon a career change. Derrick later went on to become a Team Lead of the Patient Registration Department at Novant Health.

Along his journey, he met his love, Stephanie Harris in 2003 and they were united in Holy Matrimony in February of 2005. Derrick and his family relocated to Charlotte, North Carolina. This was his home away from home.

Derrick was a hard working man but he always made sure he took time to enjoy life and relax by spending time with his family, playing video games, watching sports and shopping for sneakers.

Derrick leaves to cherish his memories: His beloved mother Shirley, his devoted wife Stephanie; his eight children: Shirdonna, Chyblis, Synthia, Clark, Myartel, Derricka, Chares and DeShawna; seven grandchildren: Nylah, Reagan, Khloe, Jacob, Carter, Dylan and Brooklyn; one brother: Ricardo; one uncle:Lindira; one aunt: Patsy; his mother-in-law: Stephanie Jones; his father-in-law: Anthony Jones; one sister-in-law: Andrea Harris; two brother-in-laws: Greg(Toya)Harris and Delante Harris and a grand host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
