Dorothy F. Haas

She lived in Charlotte all her life. Dorothy married Otto Hass, Jr. on February 12, 1950. Otto died on February 14, 1981. She was also predeceased by a sister, Ann Fleming.

Mrs. Haas is survived by her four children, Jeffrey Haas (Karen) and their daughter, Kelly; Laura H. Gallagher (Dan), and their children, Kristen, Erin, Matthew and Joseph; Susan H. Wyatt (Tony), and their children, Steven, Michelle and Sarah, and great-granddaughter Sophia; and Lisa H. Pope (Matt), and their children, Regan and Nathan.

She was a loving and supportive mother and grandmother; Dorothy will be missed by all.

A memorial mass will be celebrated at 10:30 am on Tuesday, October 2, 2012 at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church. The family will receive friends following the service at Mrs. Haas’ home.

Memorial contributions may be made to your favorite animal shelter; the March of Dimes, or the American Heart Association.
