Edith Marie Pinyan, 85, died Sunday, March 10, 2013 at CMC-Mercy. Born in Winston Salem on September 10, 1927, she was the daughter of the late Cecil Howard and Lenoa Campbell Howard. Mrs. Pinyan retired from AT&T after twenty years of service and was a member of Williams Memorial Presbyterian Church.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00PM, Wednesday, March 13th at Williams Memorial Presbyterian Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00PM to 8:00PM, Tuesday, March 12th, at the funeral home.
Mrs. Pinyan is survived by a son, John S. Pinyan, III and a grandson, John S. Pinyan, IV, both of Statesville.
