Elizabeth Bette W. Wrape McCullough

A native of Asheboro, Mrs. McCullough was born to the late John Hurley Wrape and Mary Baker Wrape on February 28, 1933. She was a graduate of Asheboro High School and attended Catawba College. Mrs. McCullough was a member of Eastern Hills Baptist Church in Charlotte. She served as a bus driver in the mission field for one year in Hawaii transporting children to attend church. Mrs. McCullough is preceded in death by a son, John Mark McCullough.

Mrs. McCullough is survived by her husband of 48 years, Paul McCullough of the home; children, Shelley Beaudoin and husband Ramone of Mint Hill, Patrick McCullough of Columbus, GA; sisters, Joanne Spencer of Sophia, Joe Carol Thorp of Chapel Hill; brothers, Thurmond McBride, Willis McBride and John Hurley Wrape, Jr. all of Asheboro; grandchildren, Amber, Kaylea and Cameron Beaudoin and Austin McCullough.

A memorial service will be held 11:00a.m., Monday, December 26 at Eastern Hills Baptist Church, 4855 Albemarle Rd., Charlotte with the Rev. Bill Saylor officiating. The family will receive friends 30 minutes prior to the service on Monday at the church.

In lieu of flowers memorials should be made to the Lottie Moon Christmas Offering at Eastern Hills Baptist Church.
