Greetings. Ella Reid Evans served her community well. Let me bring to remembrance the dedication and hard work she pursued for the Capitol Drive Improvement Association. With her persistent contacts with the City of Charlotte, she was able to garner special services for Capitol Drive. While she was President of the Association, volunteers, mostly from Capitol Drive, put up two entrance signs. This is just one example of her commitment to the area where she lived. Wonderful blessings to the life and times of a community stalwart, ELLA REID EVANS.
