A graduate of Olympic High School, she was formerly employed with Skechers.
Emy enjoyed gaming, cars, speed racing, eating various restaurants, music and spending time with friends and family.
In addition to her parents, Emy is survived by her step-father, Luis Umanzor; siblings, Jose (Brittany) Lizama Alvarez, Carolina (Gio Tapia) Lizama and Luis Umanzor Alvarez; nephews, John Tapia, Jacob Tapia and Sebastian Alvarez; aunts, Sandra Lizama, Tina Lizama, Marilia Alvarez; uncles, Edgar Alvarez, Jose Alvarez, Jairo Alvarez and Freddie Lizama; along with numerous cousins and friends.
