Mrs. Evelyn Matthews will be Laid to Rest by her Late Husband William Joseph Matthews; 4 of her Children Raymond Matthews (son); Rhyne Q. Matthews (son); Reginald Matthews (son); Ramona Earls (daughter) ; and 1 Grandson Joseph A. Earls

Visitation will be held Saturday August 10th 2013 from 6-8pm McEwen Funeral Service @Sharon Memorial Park 5716 Monroe Rd, Charlotte, NC 28212, where the family will be accepting Friends & Loved Ones to Honor The Life of a Very Strong, Amazing Woman who was Loved by many & will be Missed Beyond Words. A service to celebrate her Life will be held at 2P. M. Sunday August 11th 2013 in the Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be at Sharon Memorial Park. Memorial may be sent to Levine Children’s Hospital 1000 Blythe Blvd. Charlotte, NC 28203.
