Dear Ernsberger Family,

My heart is overwhelmed with memories and gratitude for the privilege of knowing George for the past two decades. George welcomed me into his heart and home with open arms, embracing me as a daughter in every sense of the word.

His genuine interest in my life was a testament to his boundless compassion and kindness. George had a remarkable ability to remember every detail of our conversations, making me feel understood and valued in ways I cannot adequately express. His inquiring and caring nature endeared him to me, and I often found solace in our heartfelt exchanges.

His tales of yesteryears, infused with his love for Vickie, illuminated his character and spirit. George’s zest for life and his genuine passion for others, always eager to know their full story, were evident in every interaction. He was a man who never met a stranger, his warmth and openness touching the hearts of all who crossed his path.

I know the bond each of you shared with him runs deep, a connection made through years of love and shared memories. As you navigate the days ahead, I hope you find solace in the countless memories you created together. And though his physical presence may be missed, his energy, his love, and his guiding spirit will remain ever-present. 

I have no doubt that George is dancing amongst the stars, surrounded by loved ones and cherished friends, his infectious laughter echoing throughout the heavens.

Distance and time never weakened the decades-long friendship shared with George and Vickie Ernsberger.  George was my first employer and his influence greatly shaped my life.  

I am saddened to learn of his loss.  Heartfelt condolences go out to Vickie, Sonny, Rodney, Shelly, Kris and the rest of the family.  
I am thankful to have had the chance to enjoy the warm comfort of their friendship and to have had the opportunity to watch their family grow.   You are all in my heart and my prayers.

As we go thru life most of us cross paths with people that become significant individuals  in our lives. 

George was such an individual. 

We met in 1993 , as we grew to know one another I discovered we had many common interests and shared philosophies   

Thru many lunches , phone calls and face to face visits George was always helpful, willing to share his time and knowledge , which I consider to be invaluable  and am greatly appreciative of. 

I’m proud to have known George , honored to have been his friend.

   I have many fond memories with George and Vickie, with my late husband John.  What a great family to have known and spent fun times with. My thoughts and prayers are with all of the family.

My thoughts and prayers are with you all. I remember growing up George and Vickie were the greatest!! And always had  a freezer full of dilly bars 😊 babysitting for them, I suppose I could have told them that ice cream was enough, but they were far more generous than that! Prayers 🙏🏻

A lot of fond memories with George.  It was always exciting around George, Vickie, Jack, Billie and Fred. We had some great times and great memory.  May there be peace and love from these great times. God Bless, Sonny Askew

Long live the memories of George, Mayor of Crystal Bay… gonna miss meeting up for a chat on our lawn tractors… rest in peace friend.

George, you were a great person to work with and you always had a charm and laughter about you. You made work fun and I will miss you. You taught me a lot about the trailer industry. I am so sad to see you go. I know that you are looking down at your family and watching over them and keeping them safe.
