GERALDINE WILLIAMS JERMAN died at home on January 31, 2025 at the age of 104. She was born October 23, 1920 and grew up and lived all of her life in Charlotte, NC.
Mrs. Jerman was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Jones (Bob) Jerman as well as five brothers and one sister. She is survived by her son, Robert Jerman, Jr.; her daughter, Betty Jerman Hill and husband, Norman Hill; her grandchildren, Jeff Jerman, Allison Hill Thomas and her husband Joel Thomas, Stephanie Jerman Hood and husband Brandon Hood; her Great Grandchildren Christian Jerman, Arianna Thomas, JJ Thomas, Madison Hood and Will Hood.
Mrs. Jerman worked in retail off and on throughout her life. She loved her garden club, her friends and was an avid bridge player. She lived a long, happy and meaningful life and she will be greatly missed.
Mrs. Jerman had been a member of St. John's Baptist Church since she was a teenager and was the church's oldest member. Her memorial service will be held at St. John's Baptist Church, 300 Hawthorne, Charlotte, NC on Thursday, February 6 at 1 o'clock PM
The family would like to give a special thanks to the Hospice nurses that cared for and supported Mrs. Jerman.
