Born March 22, 1952 in Boston, Massachusetts, she was the daughter of the late David Hill and Hattie Marsh Hill.
The joy of Gloria's life was her famil. After retiring, and losing her husband Roland F. Peters in 2020, she devoted her life to spending time with her grandkids, and supporting her children as best she could. Gloria is survived by her three children: Rahsaan Peters, Alana Peters, and Makeda Peters. Grandchildren: Anyaa Peters, Angie Cromartie, Mekhi Morris, Curtis Howell, Alaun Howell, Michelle Jones, Marley Jones, and Aasir Allah-Barnes.
