Helen Patricia “Patti” Neal, 56, of Charlotte, died Friday, November 9, 2012. She was born September 6, 1956 in Charlotte, the daughter of Cecil Truitt Neal and Bettye Blair Neal. Services will be private. Harry & Bryant Co. is serving the Neal family.
