Born July 27, 1934 in Lodz, Poland, she was the daughter of the late Gustav Reinhold Klingsporn and Else (Drews) Klingsporn of Hanover, Germany. Helga married her beloved husband, Hardy, on January 31, 1959 in Hamm, Germany. They traveled to America on July 27, 1959 to start a new life. She became a US Citizen on July 16, 1971 and worked various administrative jobs in Danbury, CT, Pittsburgh, PA, and Springfield, MA.

Helga enjoyed sewing, knitting, travel, dancing at German clubs, and going to the movies. She never met a stranger and her cheery disposition, warm/joyful smile, and loving heart will be missed by all who knew her.
