James "Jimmy" Fraser Crawford, age 85, of Charlotte, North Carolina passed away on Sunday, January 28, 2024. Born April 23, 1938 in Mecklenburg County, he was the son of the late Benjamin and Edith (Cathey) Crawford. He was the husband of the late Nancy (Hipp) Crawford.
A US Navy Veteran, Jimmy retired from the US Coast Guard after numerous years of service.
Survivors include two devoted cousins, Elaine Luddy and Donald Cooper, along with numerous relatives and friends.
A graveside service for Jimmy will be held 2:00 PM Saturday, February 10, 2024 at Pleasant Grove Memorial Park, 7315 Pleasant Grove Rd, Charlotte, NC 28216.
