

Born November 4, 1958 in Brussels, Belgium, Judy was a daughter of Jean Morris Loughlin and the late Edwin Loughlin. At the age of one, she moved with her family to South Africa due to her father’s career, and spent her life there until she was 34, when she moved to the United States.
Judy is remembered for her witty sense of humor, her love for Monty Python, and for her statement, “No outfit is complete without a string of pearls” (which she included even when going to the pool).
Her family includes her husband, Todd Cook; her children, Nicola Cook and Michael Cook; her mother, Jean Morris Loughlin; brother, John Loughlin (Susan); sister, Patricia Rolt; brother-in-law, Blake Cook (Vickie); as well as her nieces and nephews.
A Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at 1:15 p.m. Friday, November 13th, at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, 6828 Old Reid Road. Her family will receive friends at the church following the service.
