Kay was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Couch.
She is survived by her son, Mark Anthony Couch; granddaughter, Cambria Couch; one sister, Gail Hand; two brothers, Michael “Mickey” Sloope and Tony Sloope; her loveable “furbabies”, Spanky and Moxie, and a host of other relatives and friends.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, July 1, 2017 at 1pm in Forest Lawn West Cemetery’s “Garden of Christ”, here in Charlotte, North Carolina.
