Born in Mecklenburg County on February 24, 1950, he was a son of the late Kenneth and Billie Barnett Wiggins. He is survived by his caregiver Gracie Williams with whom he resided. Graveside Services are planned for 11 am Friday, April 15, 2016 at Sunset Memory Gardens 8901 Lawyers Road Charlotte, NC 28227.
