Laokham Boutviseth, 58, of Denver, NC entered into rest on Sunday, February 14, 2016 at home with her family. She was born on January 15, 1958 in Vientiane, Laos and was the youngest of 12 children. After spending much of her young life in a refuge camp in Laos, Laokham immigrated to the United States in 1980. She spent time in New York, California and Connecticut eventually making a permanent place out of Denver, NC with her husband, Sonexay, of 32 years (35 years together) and raised three children. American & Efird of Mount Holly, NC was where she worked for 17 years as a winding operator. Laokham was also an avid shopper, loved to travel and enjoyed her Thai soap operas. She was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt and grandmother. Along with her husband, Sonexay, her survivors include son Ramon Boutviseth of Los Angeles, CA; daughter, Kathy Boutviseth Iannacone (Jimmy) of Mount Holly, NC; daughter, Dianna Shellie Pangle (Matt) of Mooresville, NC; nieces, nephews, cousins, brothers as well as her grandsons Caleb, Jayden, Alexander, Bricyn and Maximus.
