Marsha McGuirt Broughton, 75, of Charlotte, NC, passed away February 10, 2026. Born December 31, 1950 in Charlotte, NC, she was the daughter of the late Willie Bruce and Minnie Salena (Bass) McGuirt. She was the wife of the late Larry Allen Broughton.
A graduate of West Mecklenburg High School, class of 1970, Marsha was the matriarch of her family. Her life was centered around taking care of her husband, children and grandchildren. She spent the remaining years of her life enjoying her granchildren and her great-grandson.
Survivors include her daughters, Tonya Baldock and Melissa (Russ) Sheridan; grandchildren, Tabitha Baldock, Savannah Tindall, Dylan Baldock, Willie Sheridan and Logan Sheridan; great-grandson, Daniel Tindall; along with numerous relatives and friends.
In addition to her husband and parents, Marsha was preceded in death by her son-in-law, Joe Baldock.
