Mary McClamrock

Arrangements under the direction of FoMary Sue Barnes McClamrock, age 89, formerly of Charlotte passed away March 31, 2014 in Maryland. A service to celebrate her life will be at 11:00AM Monday, April 7th at Durham Memorial Baptist Church, Doctor Reid Keiger and Mr. Gene Boatwright officiating. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn West Cemetery. Mrs. McClamrock was a member of Durham Memorial Baptist Church and the Joy Sunday School Class and a former member of Thomasboro Baptist Church and retired from the Tennant Company as a Secretary. She was born April 28, 1924 daughter of the late Thomas Randolph and Cora Jane Abernethy. Surviving are her husband of 66 years, Howard Oakley McClamrock, son, Doctor Howard D. McClamrock and wife, Doctor Monica Buescher McClamrock of Baltimore Md., grandchildren, W. Hunter McClamrock of Los Angles, Calif., E. Benjamin McClamrock and John C. McClamrock of Baltimore, Md. and a brother, R. Jackson Barnes of Newton, NC. She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister and three brothers.
