A native of Grimsby, England Mrs. Carroll was born to the late Bernard Parker and Florence Vause Parker on October 29, 1926. She was a former member of the Order of the Eastern Star in Randallstown, MD. Mrs. Carroll is preceded in death by her husband, Maxwell R. Carroll.
She is survived by her sons, Maxwell F. Carroll and wife Janelle of Charlotte, Steven M. Carroll and wife Debbie of Galloway, NJ; sisters, Valerie Stanhope and Dorothy Walker both of England; grandchildren, Thomas, Jon Paul, Michael, Glenn, Megan and Scott Carroll; great-grandchildren, Hannah, Jayden and Sophie Carroll.
