She retired from the Internal Revenue Service where she worked for 35 years. She advanced from Executive Secretary to the Director of the Internal Revenue Service and subsequently became an Administrative Assistant in the Foreign Tax Division. After retiring she became very active in the church and became and Administrative Assistant to the Auxiliary Bishop of Southern Maryland. When he was made Bishop of Charlotte she relocated with him as Secretary to the Bishop Curlin.
Anne is survived by her brother Kenneth Leo Busch and her many friends.
A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at St. Vincent De Paul Catholic Church on Saturday, August 19, 2017 at 11am, and a reception will follow.
