

Mike was a WWII Army Veteran who served his country in the South Pacific. He retired from Con Edison of New York after a career of over 35 years. His family came first in his life, but Mike also enjoyed golfing and gardening. He was preceded in death by his parents and four siblings.
Mike is survived by his beloved wife of 64 years, Antonia “Nina” Klinkowitz; son, Mitch (Shane) Klinkowitz; daughter, Linda (David) Estes; three grandsons, Matthew Moeller (Valerie Wojonowich); Rory (Starr) Moeller, Mark Moeller (Tiffany Rae), and one great-granddaughter to be, Nora.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 15, 2012, at 11:00 am at St. Nektarios Greek Orthodox Church, 5108 Kuykendall Road, Charlotte, NC 28270. Visitations will be held Tuesday and Wednesday evening from 7:00 – 9:00 pm at McEwen Funeral Service – Pineville Chapel, 10500 Park Road, Charlotte, NC 28210. Burial will be held in Pinelawn Memorial Park, Farmingdale, NY. In lieu of flowers, please direct memorials to Hospice & Community Care, P.O. Box 993, Rock Hill, SC 29731.
