Born September 5, 1933 in Jackson, MI, she was a daughter of the late Frank Edward Hart and Katherine May Evans Hart.
Mrs. Wagoner was a retired supervisor working in the insurance industry.
Survivors include her husband, Billy A. Wagoner and a step-daughter, Ellie Harrelson.
Memorial services are planned for 11:00 am Saturday, July 23, 2016 at Wilson Funeral & Cremation Service, 5301 Albemarle Road, Charlotte, NC 28212. Friends may visit with the family one hour prior to the services on Saturday at the funeral home.
