She was born in Piedmont, SC, on June 16, 1921, to the late Earl Eugene and Reber Garren Williams.
Mrs. Burch was also preceded in death by her son, Steve Burch.
She worked for Union Carbide Corp. for thirty years.
She was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church at Mountain Island, NC.
Rosa Lee loved her family and was thankful for her blessings. She enjoyed fellowship with her church family, especially the F.I.S.H. Group, and took many trips with Christian Tours.
Survivors include her daughter, Sue (John) Carter, Ft. Mill, SC; her brother, Clyde (Doris) Williams, Charlotte; daughter-in-law, Evelyn, Jonesborough, TN; four grandchildren, John Carter, Marietta, GA; Brian Carter, Hickory Grove, SC; Renee Noe, Jonesborough, TN; and Eric Burch, Winter Park, FL; six great grandchildren, Dylan Carter, Hannah Carter, Alex Carter, Addison Carter, Ashley Noe, and Amanda Noe; and her nephew, Gene Williams, Shelby, NC.
Graveside services will be held at 1p.m. on Thursday, March 19, 2015, at Sharon Memorial Park, 5716 Monroe Road, in Charlotte.
