He passed away peacefully in his home with his family by his side.
He is survived by his wife, Janet Hicks, brothers Richard Hicks (Bunny), of Campbells Creek WV, Michael Perry (Julie) of Orlando FL, Brother-in-Law John Scott (Cheryl) of Charlotte NC.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Tony Hicks.
In accordance with his wishes, no funeral or memorial service will be held. His memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
