Wayne Daniel White

Wayne Daniel White, 87 most recently of white Oak Manor of Charlotte originally from Bottineau N.D, died Oct.9, 2011. Wayne proudly served in the U.S. Army during WWII and then in the U.S. Airforce during the Korean conflict. Mr. White, was preceded in death by his wife of forty one years, Phyllis Bothast White of Union City, Indiana.

Mr. White leaves behind his son, Mark Culver White (Sue Rankin-White) of Springfield, Va. daughter, Alexina White Conkey (Bob) of Indian Land S.C., granddaughters Erin B. Szymczyk Caronis (Curt) of Charlotte, Whitney E. Szymczyk Norton (Wes) of Charlotte, Kathryn E. Symczyk Roberts (Lee) of Gilbert, S.C., great-grandchildren Caden and William McMahon, Casey and Alexis Caronis, Ellison and Weston Norton, Owen, Grant and Paige Roberts.

Many MANY thanks to Sharon Village and White Oak Manor who respectfully and tenderly cared for Dad these several years. But a special thanks and gratitude to Linda Cook (my almost step-mother) of White Oak. You are the best!! Memorial service will be held at Lake Wylie Lutheran, Tega Cay, S.C at the corner of Hwy160 and Gold Hill Road, Nov 19 @ 3pm.
