On Monday, October 27 Andrea passed peacefully from long term complications from spinal surgery 2 1/2 years ago . She married Jim 49 years ago and they moved to Southern California after graduation from Penn State University with a degree in mathematics . She taught high school math in West Torrance and Camarillo where she was also Department chair in both schools . She focused on Seniors, from Calculus to remedial math, and worked to get a Masters Degree in Business Administration from California Lutheran University . She spent her early years in Manhattan Beach, enjoying sand vollyball and snow skiing . Later she moved to Westlake Village until retirement, then off to Charlottesville, Virginia
