Brenda Lea Yarborough

Brenda Lea Yarborough, 59, of Schuyler passed away on July 8, 2019. Brenda was born on July 24, 1959 in Rockville, Maryland. She is preceded in death by her parents Arthur and Joyce Mey. She is survived by her brother Paul Mey and his wife Suzy, and her sister Terri. She is also survived by her children Jeremy, Billy, and Shawna; her grandchildren Peyton, Devlyn, Lucas and Adelyn; and many loving family members. The family is forever grateful to her caregivers and friends, Brenda, Vicky, Amy, Johnny and Eagle. Brenda was a gifted artist. She was a very giving, loving and kindhearted person. She was fun and had a wonderful sense of humor and loved spending time with family and friends. One of her greatest joys in the latter years of her life was seeing her grandchildren and so wanted to be able to watch them grow. Her love, memory and spirit and her love for life will live on in them. Brenda's ashes will be scattered in the mountains of Virginia. "The love we knew, still shining through, remains forever bright. And in our hearts, we hold the joy of that eternal light."
