Mr. Calvin Shannon Hall

Calvin Shannon Hall, age 81, of Dyke, VA, passed away at his home, after a brief illness, on March 25, 2015. He was born on May 19, 1933 in Boonesville, VA, and was predeceased by his parents, Wilmer and Helen Hall. He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Shirley Critzer Hall, his sister, Daisy Hall Sandridge, brother-in-law David Critzer, his son and daughter-in-law Michael and Marlaine Hall, his daughter and son-in-law Sharron and Dave Frazier, grandchildren Charles (Amy) Hall, Andy Hall and Sam Frazier, and great grandchildren Klara and Cassidy Hall. He leaves behind his Jim Price Chevrolet family where he was employed for 62 years. The family would like to thank his caregivers, his many friends and neighbors in the community, the doctors at Martha Jefferson Hospital, The Hope Center and Hospice of the Piedmont. Memorial service will be held Saturday, March 28, 11:00 a.m., at Mount Olivet Church, Dyke, VA, and burial will be private. In lieu of a family night, visitors are welcome at the Hall home.
